I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts Major in English and Diploma for Professional Education at University San Jose-Recoletos . I am a Let Passer in a recently concluded examination ( AUGUST 17, 2014 ). My Off Campus Training and various tutorial programs I attended hone my ability in organizing students and at the same handling classroom management. I am confident enough that I could contribute to the best of my ability of having tutorial sessions . I am currently an ESL teacher . I always taught my classes entirely in English. As an ESL teacher I would always encourage my students, and congratulate them on their efforts, no matter how small the achievement. Corrections would be added in subtly, in a way that they would remember, but without embarrassing them. In my 2 years of experience , I had underwent several trainings such as TESOL, IELTS Speaking and other basic curriculums offered for both online and offline classes. I was an experienced call center agent in one of the prestigious BPO company ( Convergys ) . I was a customer service agent for about a year , responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and refunds .
