I am currently an HR Personnel at St. Augustine International School-Mactan, and being an employer of teachers in an international school makes me a little more than qualified as I know the qualification of a great teacher/educator better. In addition to my competency, I do substitute teaching in any grade and year level in any subject during a teacher's leave/absence and do regular classroom teaching observation and evaluation to all grade and year level which heighten up my teaching knowledge in terms of effective teaching styles, technique and manner.
