Experience
It was back in 2011 when I started doing tutorial sessions with my elementary students and at that time I am still a high school grader. Yet, I was able to balance myself from being a student and a tutor at the same time. I managed to step up the learning capability of my students. Some of them made in on top while others made themselves a contestant on other areas/subjects. I make sure I can be of help anytime when it seems difficult for them. To learn is really broad in scope but to find the essence in learning with great enthusiasm makes you more confident and knowledgeable through all things. To be precise, everything boils down with the basics which is how you really able to grasp and build your foundation. Right then, I stopped my tutorials when I took my tertiary level. I wanted to resume it this time but for a part time tutor since I am currently a full time employee in a company. Let's get to work? I guess we can be in a good company, yes, you and me :)
